X Training

Did a lot of lifting tonight...I have a feeling I will regret that tomorrow.  Instead of running I ran up and down my indoor stairs with ankle weights and dumbbells.  I'm positive I looked like an idiot, especially since I had to use legwarmers to protect my delicate ankles from the mean velcro of the weights.  :)  I didn't get a picture, but I'll be sure to do so next time!

But I did chase Murphy around the house for fun! ;)

  1. that's an interesting workout ;) i have considered running the hotel stairs before... but keep wimping out. who really wants to run stairs? plus they turn a LOT and that would probably make me dizzy.
