See Jane Run Half Marathon & 5K comes to Seattle on July 15th for its 2nd year. Since I had SO MUCH FUN (and PR'd) at least year's inaugural race I'm totally running it again this year. AND, I want YOU *pointing finger at the screen* to come and run it too! That's right...
I'm giving away an entry for the See Jane Run Half Marathon to one lucky gal!
Oh, you don't have to run with me, I promise. ;)
Please answer this question in the mandatory "blog comment" entry:
What kind of chocolate would you run for?

I really want to win this! I ran it last year with my friend and want to do it again this year but haven't signed up yet:)
ReplyDeleteOh man, it already sounded amazing, and I wanted to run it when I first started reading what you wrote...but I'm already scheduled for a half the next weekend, so I couldn't justify spending $$ for another one...and then I saw you had a giveaway! Oh yeah! I can at least try for that! Pick me!!
ReplyDeleteI would run for dark chocolate!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway!

ReplyDeleteThanks for this fantastic giveaway! Hmm, I would run for many kinds of chocolate but if I knew there were some Lindt balls at the finish line and a big glass of chocolate milk it would really get my feet moving!
ReplyDeleteI can't pick a type of chocolate. Does any and all count?
ReplyDeleteReally scary dark chocolate- preferably artisan but honestly after a half I would even settle for a good old regular Herseys!

ReplyDeleteI would run for a chocolate cake!!!!!
ReplyDeleteDefinatley some Godiva chocolate! Would love to run this race from Florida!
ReplyDeleteI would run fast for fair-trade or organic dark chocolate... YUM!! I would run away from chocolate made by Hershey, Nestlé, Godiva and others - chocolate that is produced from cocoa that uses child slavery. Like for serious.
ReplyDeleteI learned about this about 2 weeks ago on Huffington Post and I was shocked, dismayed, enraged - I literally returned every morsel of my son's Easter basket (even my FAVORITES like Creme eggs and a Godiva chocolate bunny) and replaced them with chocolate from Whole foods that was all fair-trade. It was just too 'Hunger Games' to imagine my sweet privileged son eating chocolate made by African children, enslaved and beaten. (-shudder-)
I would run REALLY fast for slavery free chocolate! Like Batman fast!!
I'd run for any dark chocolate..but I'd run even faster for this! Yummy!!!!!!!

Strawberries in dark chocolate!!
ReplyDeleteDark Chocolate for sure!!
ReplyDeleteI forgot to answer your question! Since I like both running and chocolate, I would run for ANY chocolate, but preferably something hazelnut and belgian!
ReplyDeleteI would honestly run for any chocolate – I don’t discriminate, but my favorite is Hersey’s Kisses, they are just the right size for a chocolate fix. :)
ReplyDeleteSpicy, cayenne chocolate. The perfect sweet treat with a lil' kick. (Wasn't the Seattle See Jane Run an awesome event last year?! I remember seeing you (your shirt) along the race.)
ReplyDeleteI live in Seattle and haven't heard of this until now - thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI would run for authentic Swiss chocolate of any kind. YUM.

Since I don't really love chocolate, I'd run for cheesecake...does that count? LOL!

ReplyDeleteI soooo really really want to win this! REALLY REALLY! I would run for ANY chocolate, let's be honest. But if peanut butter was also involved I would run EXTRA fast.
ReplyDeleteI ran the 5k last year and had SO much fun! I'd love to do step it up and do the half this year!! I am ALL about caramel and chocolate coming together in an absolutely delicious union. :)
ReplyDeleteI would run for anything that Theo Chocolates makes!
