I Can't Get Anything Done

I hate when Travis has business trips.  It SUCKS.

I've been meaning to write and review a ton while he was gone, but Goober has been demanding and so has Murphy cat.

Hmpf.

In fact, as I type, Murphy is laying on my right arm, making it difficult to maneuver the mouse let alone type, and Goober keeps spitting out her bink while attempting to sleep in her swing.  I wish I had 6 arms.

As many people would say at this point: "Welcome to parenthood."  Yeah yeah yeah.  I know.

    I wish that I could tell you that it gets better, easier etc....but it doesn't:) Just embrace it! and rant when you need to. Happy Saturday! PS...I am laughing because my husband is Travis too and I HATE when he travels which is a lot!

    Thanks for your comment ~ I felt like a 'rockstar' when I read it... still feeling a little rockstar right now actually.

    As for needing 6 arms, well.... yea. You said it. It's tough, but it DOES get easier... until it gets harder. And when my H travels, well, I order take out, eat off paper plates, and accomplish 'not much', even though my kids are way older than GOOB.

    i have an annoying cat that woke me up this morning by jumping on my head. i kicked her out of the bedroom and she started battleramming the door. meeeeow thunk. meeeeeeeeeooooooow thunk.

    so i'm thinking a cat on the keyboard is easy peasy :-)

    I wish I could tell you it gets easier as they get older but it is just a different kind of hard... But you WILL find a way to fit it in and what you cant fit in you wont beat yourself up about. I cant imagine how hard it is to be solo... SOOOOOO come over, bring Isla I will hold her and you can blog.. Deal?? Hmmmm?? Bueller?

    I know how you feel! I just finished week 4 of playing single mom to 5 kids. My husband is FINALLY home and I am so ready for some "ME" time!
