It's a 5K to support kids with special needs. It's the Can Do 5K Run & Walk.

St. Paddy's Day Dash = COMPLETE

Yesterday's race was crazy. It was snowing and raining and wicked cold (about 34 degrees). But, despite the icky temps, Travis and I made it to the Dash! My ending time was 34 minutes, 17 seconds (3.7 miles). I was the 67th female in my age division (out of 516). And I was #1434 1474 out of 7233 7254 total runners! My per mile time was about 9:09. Not the greatest, but I'll get better.

One down for the year, what's next? Let me at 'em!

Got my new orthotic insoles today. Race is in 11 days.

Man, I'm going to suck. I just want to finish the race now, timing is out the window entirely. I'm ashamed.
